So I bought a steel
you know what I mean - a steel for sharpening knives. I bought one last week.
Anyway, it's transformed my cooking experience. I'm glad I forked out for the best steel in the shop.
I just thought I'd share.

I thoroughly recommend this book. I have just built a christmas cake using her recipe and it is both huge* and good.
Use the steel to sharpen your cake utensils.
